How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Due to the Coronavirus shipping via the USPS has seen some recent delays. I would ask that you please be patient. Most packages are delivered within 1-2 weeks under the USPS Priority selection and a few days under the USPS Priority Express selection.

Shipping costs vary based on the amount of your order, your location and the USPS delivery method selected.

ORDERS AND RETURNS
How Do I Place An Order?
Select the appropriate package you would like to purchase – Individual Style Package for the 2 Player Version Shut Ball Game -or- Relay Style Package for the 4 Player Version Shut Ball Game. At this point you can either place the product in the CART or go right to PayPal and complete the purchase. If CART is chosen, you can review your order and add your shipping address for shipping calculation. (If you are in the Western NY area the option to pickup will become available). Next is to click the Proceed to CHECKOUT button. During CHECKOUT you will need to complete the Billing Address and you will be provided with the ability to add a different Shipping Address. Click NEXT. Next is Payment Selection – PayPal or Credit Card (if you do not have a PayPal account – processed by PayPal no need for account). If you select PayPal you will be transferred safely to PayPal to complete the purchase with your personal PayPal account. After completion you will receive an email receipt from ShutBall.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Once you have placed the order, you may contact me directly – Brett Esch @ brett@shutball.com to check if the order can be adjusted or canceled. However, if the order is already in process, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No. Customers are allowed to check out as a guest.
How Do I Use A Coupon Code?
At this time Coupons are not available.
When they are – during the checkout, search for the “Coupon” area. Enter the code and click ‘Apply Coupon’.
